Return Policy

CONSUMER RIGHTS - WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION - RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL:1. By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract provided to you.2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other relevant laws in effect regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.3. The shipping costs, including courier fees, shall be borne by the buyers.4. Every purchased product will be delivered to the buyer or the designated person/organization at the address specified, within a legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may terminate the contract.5. The purchased product must be delivered completely, in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, and must include, if applicable, documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual.6. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days of becoming aware of this situation and must refund the total amount to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PAYMENT IS NOT MADE:7. If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.
PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:8. If it is determined after product delivery that the buyer's payment was made using a credit card unlawfully by unauthorized persons, and the payment is not made to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES:9. If unforeseen circumstances arise, preventing timely product delivery, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request to cancel the order, replace the product with a similar one, or postpone delivery until the issue is resolved.If the order is canceled and the payment was made in cash, the refund will be made to the buyer within 14 days of cancellation.If the payment was made via credit card and the order is canceled, the refund will also be made within 14 days; however, the bank may take 2–3 weeks to process the refund and credit it to the buyer’s account.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:10. The buyer must inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them. Goods/services that are damaged or defective (e.g., crushed, broken, torn packaging) should not be accepted from the courier company.Accepted goods/services will be considered undamaged and intact.After delivery, the buyer must carefully preserve the goods/services. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services must not be used, and the invoice must be returned along with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:11. The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal without any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification within 14 (fourteen) days of the delivery of the product to themselves or to the designated address by notifying the seller via the contact details provided below.12. PERIOD FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:13. If the purchased product is a service, the 14-day period begins on the date the contract is signed.For service contracts where performance begins with the consumer’s consent before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.14. The costs incurred from exercising the right of withdrawal will be borne by the seller.15. To exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be sent to the seller via registered mail, fax, or email within the 14-day period. The product must be unused and comply with the "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" section of this contract.
CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:16. The invoice for the product delivered to the buyer or a third party must also be returned with the product.If the product’s invoice is issued to a corporate entity, the return must include a return invoice prepared by the corporation.17. Products must be returned complete and undamaged, including their packaging, box, and all standard accessories.
RETURN CONDITIONS:18. Upon receipt of the withdrawal notification, the seller must refund the total price and any documents that place the buyer under obligation within 10 days. The seller must also retrieve the goods within 20 days.19. If the value of the goods has decreased or if the return becomes impossible due to the buyer's fault, the buyer must compensate the seller for damages proportional to their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration in the goods resulting from proper use during the withdrawal period.20. If the use of the right of withdrawal results in the cancellation of a promotional campaign, the value of the discount used during the campaign will be deducted.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:21. Products tailored to the buyer's requests or personal needs, certain intimate clothing, single-use items, products at risk of spoilage, or those that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons (if unsealed by the buyer) are non-returnable.22. For cosmetics, personal care products, books, software, DVDs, CDs, and stationery items to be eligible for return, their packaging must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES:23. If the buyer defaults on credit card payments, they agree to pay interest and accept liability as per their credit card agreement with the bank.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:24. Payments can be made via bank transfer or EFT to the seller’s account.25. Credit card payments can be made online, with options for single payments or installments. Payments are processed at the time of order confirmation.
